By definition, principles are rules or norms that guide the action of people or organization.

The following are the Principles that help us make our Mission and Vision have meaning and contribute to the efficient achievement of our objectives:

  • The unity of the church is our vision.
  • Adding the gifts and ministries will be a multiplying factor for the integral growth of the Church.
  • Amen is a possible dream for every believer who joins in with a vision of service and kingdom.
  • The interdenominational and international character of our task.
  • The Bible is the word of God and will be taught with passion and seriousness.
  • We will teach that salvation is by grace through Faith.
  • We will teach the need for missions, evangelism, discipleship, and the work of mercy.
  • We will teach the composite unity of God, in three persons (Father, Son and Holy Spirit).
  • Christ is the Lord, who came, died, rose again, ascended into heaven and will return.
  • The Holy Spirit present in believers gives gifts for the growth of the church.
  • The mandate to carry and teach the gospel is for every believer.
  • We will teach that the universal priesthood of the believer enables him to minister to needs.
  • Love must be expressed in the practical and manifest the Christian life.
  • Service is an indicator of spirituality and Christian maturity.
  • Christian Ethics will be taught to forge good ministers of the gospel and people who contribute their Christian vision to society.
  • The payoff of Amen is doing God’s will and not profiting from it.
  • This work will be financed by the love of those who contribute.
  • Education must be practical and applicable to every context.
  • Education will make the best of people visible and lead them to develop their potential.
